Join our Winter Warrior Program! DECEMBER 7th 6pm @ Fleet Feet "LOOK FOR THE EXCITING E-MAILS AND FACEBOOK POSTS" Here is an opportunity to help keep you motivated through the winter months! This program is for exercise beginners and exercise fiends. We do care: and want you to stay active during the winter. Here is your chance to claim the title of "Winter Warrior Champ" Winter Warrior Kick-off Party and sign up for this great winter program will be announced ...or simply attend one of our workouts and you are automatically in! The program includes: A Kickoff Party with refreshments and treats. Prizes along the way from water bottles to technical running shirts and more.. Prizes are based on points earned from workouts attended. FREE group workouts Extracurricular group outings (this is a way to earn extra points) A fabulous community to workout with How do you accrue points? Participate in any of the Fleet Feet Workouts (Walkers and Runners Welcome). Each Workout is Valued at 5 points: Group Activities (more to be added) Wednesday Reflective Runs 6:00 p.m. Yoga Last Thursday of the Month Growler Run 6:00 p.m. Saturday Run/Walks 8:00 a.m. Community volunteering Snowshoe Runs With Laura Kickoff Party (no exercise involved, just general festivities) Run into the New Year Fleet Feet 5k/10k Freezer For more information or if you have questions, contact us!
