Fleet Feet Sports Training 10K Spring 2016

The Fleet Feet Sports Training 10K Spring 2016 Program is a 12-week 10K Program for runners sponsored by Saucony. The group will be training for the Anthem Star 10K on Saturday, April 16. The first official group workout is on Thursday, January 28. Kick Off Night is on Wednesday, January 20 at 7:15pm at Fleet Feet Sports. The Program includes a 11-12 pace group and 12-13 pace group for runners AND a run/walk group (2:1) which will be averaging a 13 minute pace.  Group workouts take place on Thursday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7:15am.
