This program is for those looking to tackle the challenge of their first half marathon, or anyone looking to improve their finish time from a previously completed half marathon race. We offer you guidance from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs/run walks, and educational information on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury, all within a fun and supportive environment!
