No Boundaries 5K Training Fall 2013

No Boundaries is designed for the beginner, to help you finish your first 5K! We meet on Thursday evenings at 6 pm and Saturday mornings at 8 am for a comprehensive program with coaches, mentors, educational seminars related to our training, abdominal workouts, and more!

  • We have 5 pace groups to meet you where you are:
  1. Runners (<11 min/mile and 11-13 min/mile)
  2. Run/walk plan to run (increase running interval more quickly each week)
  3. Run/walk 1 (increase running interval less quickly than ‘plan to run’)
  4. Run/walk 2 (increase running interval less than run/walk 1) - this pace group will be modified for this season with a slower progression than previous seasons.
  5. Walk
  • Starting date: Thursday, September 19th, 2013.
  • Ending date: December 7th, 2013 Goal Race: Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis Raleigh, NC
  • Info meeting: 9/5 @ 7PM* 
  • Mandatory Mentor Meeting: 9/12 @ 7PM


MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE.

*NOTE that we will no longer be holding a second informational meeting on 9/11
