Learn effective Heart Zones Training, better running form, cross-training, proper stretching and warm-up techniques to reduce injury, how to fuel an active lifestyle, and in depth knowledge of how to train and race your way to improved health and fitness! 

The program will meet Monday and Thursday evenings from 6-7pm at McDougle and will be starting on May 6th!  The program will run for eight weeks until June 27th.  The coach for this program will be Meg Pomerantz.
