About This Event Our Mission for Fleet Feet Training programs and clinics are to provide participants with the highest level of training. Our coaching and mentor staff inspires and empowers people to reach their FITness goals. Whether you want to run a full or a half marathon, or just make friends to run with, we have a program that will FIT you. We are committed to enhancing and growing our local running communities. We also offer educational resources and training opportunities to assist our participants. We Live, Breathe, Eat, and Sleep FIT. We are now offering the Fleet Feet Training Half and Full Marathon Program Session. Our training uses hill training, intervals, long runs and easy runs. We will prepare you to run a half and full marathon in 12 weeks. Fleet Feet Training Kickoff is Wednesday, January 25, at 6pm. Our first training day is Saturday, January 28th. Training seminars will be led by Fleet Feet staff and local health care professionals on topics including injury prevention, strength training, nutrition, hydration, recovery, training goals, proper apparel/shoes, stretching exercises, and hill running techniques. Each week we will post the route as well as provide hydration and nutrition stops along the training course.
